Prime location near attractions, Charming historical decor, Workable Wi-Fi across the hotel

Navigating luggage up the stairs is a hassle. The bathroom size is cramped!!! A fresh carpet cleaning would definitely improve overall first impressions!!!

our rooms were decent sized and newly renovated with fridge, a balcony, candles as expected. the hotel staff was accommodating and amazingly kind. the location was magnificent for walking around modena cathedral.

There was something as elevator missing, we were a little disappointed.

The breakfasts with many options.

Cervetta 5 is a hidden gem! The grilled meats nearby at Osteria Francescana are a culinary adventure you can't miss. The staff's warm hospitality makes you feel right at home, and the cozy rooms are perfect for your stay. What a delight to be just steps away from local eateries like Trattoria Aldina and the charming Chiaro Cafe!

While the eco-friendly theme is a nice touch, I prefer soft toilet paper instead of rough-and-tumble options. And having garbage bins at bedside seemed quirky, but it's still quite charming, illuminating that the hotel really shines despite these small quirks.

It was in an incredible location with Modena Cathedral nearby;))

Cervetta 5 charmed me with its cozy ambiance and cute atmosphere. My room had a pleasant antique theme. The location couldn't be better-just a short walk from various piazzas and local eateries. Breakfast stood out as a highlight, with a good range of items including fresh pastries and yogurt, but the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak times. The bed in my room was hard, impacting my comfort a bit. I noticed the air conditioning could be improved. It had a musty smell when turned on. Despite these minor inconveniences, the friendly service and great location were nice.

No elevator

my 2 nights in modena were very nice. everybody was very very helpful and extremely friendly. wonderful and sensational breakfast with cereal and fruit was provided. the location was incredible, not too far from modena cathedral. thanks, i truly enjoyed my stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything from breakfast requests to local recommendations. The cozy room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful antique touches.

great location but small room

The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the fine Duomo. The staff demonstrated very nice hospitality, notably assisting with our taxi needs and offering to help with our heavy luggage. Breakfast was a treat, and the variety of fresh options really energized us for the day ahead. I also found that the nearby local eateries served good dishes that enhanced our culinary experience.

The room felt smaller than we expected, which slightly impacted our comfort .
